Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClickRoam, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our services. ClickRoam reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Device Compatibility
Users are responsible for ensuring their device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked. No refunds are provided for locked or incompatible devices.
Activation Policy
The service period begins the moment the eSIM is downloaded and activated on the device.
Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
To ensure high-speed access for all, "Unlimited" plans may be throttled to 128kbps/256kbps after reaching a daily high-speed threshold (e.g., 2GB/day).
Prohibited Use
No reselling of data, no use in industrial modems/gateways, and no illegal activities (hacking, spamming).
ClickRoam Refund & Cancellation Policy
At ClickRoam, we want you to stay connected without the stress. However, because our eSIMs are digital products that are provisioned instantly, our refund policy is designed to balance traveler flexibility with the technical realities of global data.
Eligibility for a Refund
We generally offer a 100% refund if:
The eSIM has not been installed: You changed your mind before downloading or scanning the QR code.
Widespread Technical Failure: Our network partner experiences a documented outage in your destination that we cannot resolve within 24 hours.
Inventory Error: We are unable to provide the specific data plan you purchased due to a technical error on our end.
When We Cannot Offer a Refund
To keep our prices low for everyone, we cannot issue refunds in the following scenarios:
Device Incompatibility: It is the user’s responsibility to check our [Compatibility List] before purchase.
Locked Devices: If your phone is still locked to a specific carrier (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, Vodafone), the eSIM will not work.
Data Already Used: Once the eSIM has connected to a local network and consumed data, the sale is final.
Expired Plans: If you purchased a 7-day plan and forgot to use it, we cannot refund or extend it.
The "Technical Fix" Guarantee
If you are having trouble connecting, contact us immediately. We will not issue a refund if you contact us after you have already returned from your trip. We must be given the opportunity to troubleshoot the connection while you are still at your destination.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@clickroam.com with your Order ID.
Provide a screenshot of your device's "eSIM Settings" (this helps us verify if it was installed).
Our team will review your request within 48 hours. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
